The Pregnancy Resource Centre is a pro family organisation that offers a resource base to women and their families facing both planned and unplanned pregnancies.

Together with their umbrella body, Africa Cares For Life, the vision is to impact the health and wellness of families in South Africa through community projects. The programmes are constantly modified in response to the dramatic increase in teenage pregnancies, rape, HIV infection and women suffering from post abortion syndrome. The centre offers assistance to both men and women regardless of age, race or religion.

The organisation works closely with local clinics, schools and other community based organisations. The staff consists of one full time paid staff member, two full time volunteers and 20 part time volunteers.
